New York Times Magazine: Questions for Das Racist
Seriously, New York Times, can you ask any more racially insensitive questions?  Perhaps you’re asking questions to Himanshu Suri (top) and Victor Vasquez (bottom) so they can fully play up their own aesthetic and ethos.
According to a friend’s twitter post:
“And can someone point me to the last time a Times critic asked a white rapper what business they have thinking they can rap? Or any critic.”
And it’s true.  When has The New York Times asked that to Eminem?
According to this same friend, “it was like watching Ali G in reverse.”
